We Take Care in Packing
- We wrap each product individually to ensure safe delivery
- We do everything that we can to make sure that contents have sufficient room so that they do not get crushed or broken
- We do not include packing lists or invoices unless requested
- We are able to accommodate a variety of sized orders, so don’t hold back!
- All shipments are coming from Warner NH
Shipping Maple Products
- We mostly ship with UPS and USPS
- We ship packages Monday through Saturday
- Most orders ship within 1-3 Business Days
- Once we ship you will receive a shipment notification via email
- We offer such a wide variety of maple products and many different grades of syrup. It isn’t our intent, but we ask that you understand that sometimes we run low or out of stock on specialty bottles and less popular grades.
- If there is any issue with your order, we will contact you within 3 days to discuss options or a refund.
Return Policy
We understand, sometimes things happens, and we are here to make it right.
Please note: We require pictures to start a return.
Packages may get damaged in the shipping process, please inspect your packages as soon as they arrive.
We can file a claim if the package and contents were broken or damaged. Please send information and pictures to:

Storage: Maple Syrup and other maple products must be refrigerated once opened. It is best to store them in a cool & dark place.
